Requirements
- Prepare food items according to hospital recipes and menus.
- Serve Customer in a Fast, Efficient and Friendly Manner.
- Clears, Cleans and Sanitizes Table.
- Provide customer with information regarding food ingredient, availability and pricing.
- Assist customer with paying for product.
- Preparing and serving food to patient, visitors and staff in hospital cafeteria or other location in the hospital.
- Cleaning and Sterilizing kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes and working surface before use.
- Stocking shelves with supplies such as paper goods, beverage, food items and other item needed for patient care.
- Preparing hot meal or snacks for patients who cannot eat regular cafeteria food during illness or dietary restriction.
- Preparing food and serving food in a manner that meets health codes while following hospital food safety guidelines.
